Choose comfort without guessing the connections
For a Lago Vista wedding or outdoor gathering, tell us which amenities matter to your guests before choosing between a cabin and a trailer. Running water, flushing and accessible entry are separate features. Explain proposed utility connections and ask what the actual equipment requires; an outlet or hose somewhere on the property is not enough to confirm compatibility.
Check the whole arrival path
The delivery vehicle needs an approach, turning space and a usable area to position the equipment. Describe any steep section, restricted entrance or surface concern early. Keep that route clear while other suppliers set up. The guest path also needs thought, including lighting and the distance from food and seating without hiding the restrooms.
Finish the event with access still available
A collection vehicle must be able to reach the equipment after guests and suppliers have moved through the property. Put restroom removal into the breakdown plan and ask who will be present. Confirm the rental period, servicing and collection arrangement in the quote instead of assuming event end time is the pickup time.
A quote for the actual arrangement
Compare the equipment, delivery and pickup, servicing and supplies—not only the rental duration. Explain fixed access windows or other restrictions before confirming. A request is not a reservation, and a requested date is not an agreed delivery time.
